I am a seasoned retired executive and clarity coach with 36 years of financial services experience. My coaching work is shaped by a practical understanding of organisations, decisions, people, systems, and the complexity that comes with creating value in changing environments.
My career has included banking, corporate relationship management, treasury, ALCO management, trading, strategic partnerships, and fintech. I have also worked in the Isle of Man and Mauritius, which gave me broader exposure to the opportunities and constraints that shape financial institutions, cross-market relationships, and organisational decision-making.
I work with thoughtful professionals who want a disciplined space to think. Many are not looking for motivation or generic advice. They are looking for clarity: a better understanding of what is happening, what matters, what can be influenced, and what the next constructive move might be.
